You can cancel anytime. For web subscriptions, contact support or manage in your account settings. For App Store/Google Play subscriptions, go to your device Settings > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Web subscriptions: contact support@riderprofit.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. App Store/Google Play purchases: refund requests are handled by Apple/Google through their respective refund policies.
Email privacy@riderprofit.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will delete all personal data within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

RiderProfit ("we", "our", "us") operates the riderprofit.com website and RiderProfit mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and city. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those services. We never receive or store your Google or Apple password.
With your explicit consent, we collect your device's GPS coordinates to match you with nearby high-demand zones. Location data is collected only while you are actively using the app (foreground location) — we do not track your location in the background. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings, and the app will continue to work with reduced functionality (manual zone selection only).
We collect shift logs you manually enter (start/end times, earnings), zone score views, and app interaction data to improve our recommendations. We do not record your screen, keystrokes, or contacts.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google respectively.
If you enable push notifications, we store a device-specific token to send you alerts. This token cannot be used to identify you personally and is deleted when you disable notifications or uninstall the app.
We use your data to provide the Service, including: generating zone demand scores for your city, sending you demand alerts via push notification or Telegram (if enabled), tracking your shift earnings to show performance analytics, processing your subscription payments, operating the referral program, and providing AI-powered customer support. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, Google and Apple for authentication, Anthropic for AI chatbot support, Telegram for alert delivery (only if you link your account), and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Shift logs and earnings history are retained for 24 months after your last activity. Location data points are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. AI chatbot conversation history is retained for 30 days. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for location tracking or push notifications at any time. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any future sale.
Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the Service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (improving our product). For location data and push notifications, our legal basis is your explicit consent.
We protect your data with: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), two-factor authentication (optional TOTP), rate limiting and account lockout protections, single-session enforcement, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you within 72 hours.
RiderProfit is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

RiderProfit is a data analytics and decision-support tool for rideshare drivers. We analyze publicly available data — weather, events, traffic patterns, and airport arrivals — to generate zone demand scores that may help you make more informed decisions about where and when to drive.
Important: What we are and what we're not
RiderProfit is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. Our zone scores, earnings estimates, and recommendations are based on data analysis and historical patterns. They represent our best assessment of demand conditions — not a promise of specific outcomes.
Rideshare earnings depend on many factors outside our control, including rider demand, driver supply, platform pricing algorithms, traffic conditions, your vehicle expenses, and your individual driving decisions.
Past performance, whether yours or other drivers', does not indicate future results. Earnings figures shown in the app are either your own reported data or estimates based on aggregate patterns, and should be treated as informational rather than as projections.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to drive for a rideshare platform in your jurisdiction. RiderProfit is a supplementary tool — you remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rideshare platform terms, and driving regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account may only be used by one person — account sharing is prohibited. We enforce a single active session per account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
RiderProfit offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access. Pro pricing is displayed on the subscription page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
When you subscribe to Pro, you authorize recurring charges at your chosen billing interval (monthly or annual). Charges are processed by Stripe (on the web), Apple (via the App Store), or Google (via Google Play), depending on where you subscribed.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you subscribed through our website (Stripe) and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support@riderprofit.com for a full refund. This policy does not apply to App Store or Google Play purchases, which are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Pro subscribers may earn commission by referring new users. Commission is 20% of the referred user's subscription fee, paid monthly for as long as the referred user maintains an active Pro subscription. Commission is held for 30 days before becoming available for withdrawal. We reserve the right to revoke commission earned through fraudulent or self-referral activity.
Certain features require access to your device's location. We will request your consent before collecting any location data. You can withdraw consent at any time. We collect location data only while the app is in the foreground (active use). We do not perform background location tracking.
Earnings disclaimer
All earnings estimates, zone scores, demand indicators, and surge projections displayed in RiderProfit are informational estimates based on historical data and real-time analysis. They are not guarantees, promises, or representations of actual earnings you will achieve.
When we display figures such as "estimated $/hr" or zone demand scores, these reflect data-driven assessments of market conditions — not predictions of your individual earnings.
Any testimonials, case studies, or aggregate statistics describe the experiences of specific users and are not representative of all users. Individual results differ significantly.
RiderProfit, including its scoring algorithms, zone analysis methods, user interface, and brand assets, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service. Your shift data and personal information remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiderProfit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: any driving decisions you make based on our data, lost earnings or missed opportunities, inaccuracies in demand scores or estimates, service interruptions or data loss, or actions taken by rideshare platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
